Precautions:
A hood flap is designed into the RoverWrapTM
dog blanket to cover pet's head when wet, extremely cold, or when you need to keep them quiet and still, as following
surgery or during illness.
WARNING:
Make sure your pet has plenty of ventilation while using the hood flap; never tuck it under their bodies, or tie it closed
in any way. Keep it loose, allowing him or her to freely get their head out. If they start panting, they're too hot; help
them get out immediately! Leaving them inside when they're too hot could result in suffocation or dehydration.
Never leave your pet unattended while
they're snuggled in a RoverWrapTM, especially if they're on a surface above the floor,
such as on a couch or bed. Adult dogs and cats learn how to get out of the RoverWrapTM on
their own, but young pets should be carefully watched so they don't fall. Always support your pet from underneath
when carrying them in the RoverWrapTM. Never carry the pet by grabbing the fabric and
allowing the pet to dangle inside; this is frightening to the pet and could result in serious injury.
